I’m not a psychologist.
I’m not a therapist.

I’m just a dad who wanted to help his son feel a little more calm at the end of the day.

So I made this.

A simple, guided journal you can do together each night—designed to help kids slow down, understand their feelings, and head to bed feeling safe.

Inside, your child will:

  • Reflect on their day (the good, the tricky, and everything in between)

  • Learn to notice thoughts and feelings

  • Practice being kind to themselves

  • Build confidence, one small step at a time
